Every woman deserve to be respected and honored in the decisions she takes over her baby and her body. A Doula empowers a woman to be autonomous and to follow her intuition.
The word Doula, is a Greek words witch means means "servent of women". The same way a Doula would be in the service for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of each individual woman, supporting the women and her family on their journey into expanding their hearts and becoming a bigger famillily.
As a Doula I carry with me a back of experience and different tools the women can use if she wish.
This tools are :
- Massage (Mizan , Shiatsu and rebozo)
- Herbal medicine
-Homeopathy
- Nutritional cooking
- Storytelling
- Breastfeeding support
- Traditions and Ceremonies (like blessing ways, closing the bones ect)
